Super Eagles number one choice goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho will be compensated by the world football governing body FIFA for suffering an injury in an international friendly during the international break(FIFA free window).
FIFA will be responsible for the wages of Francis Uzoho for the period he will be out of action in fulfilment of their compensation scheme to Clubs whose players are injured during the international break.

The 20-year-old picked up an injury while on duty for Nigeria in last Sunday’s international friendly against Brazil which has ruled him out for six months.
According to FIFA’s Club Protection Programme, the sum of 20,548 Euros is set aside for players who get injured for their country as s maximum daily compensation.
The money is a fixed salary that the club was to pay to the player for that period and the player must be sidelined for more than 28 days before a claim can be processed.
