INTERPOL Declares 14 Nigerians Wanted For Various Crimes

At least 14 Nigerians have been declared wanted by INTERPOL for offenses including human trafficking, drug trafficking, robbery, cheating, forgery, and other crimes, according to Red Notices published on the international agency’s website.

The wanted individuals include Felix Omoregie, Jessica Edosomwan, Uche Egbue, Jude Uzoma, Chinedu Ezeunara, Benedict Okoro, Ikechukwu Obidiozor, and Alachi Stanley. Others named are Bouhari Salif, Timloh Nkem, Austine Costa, Okromi Festus, Akachi Vitus, and Mary Eze.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Felix Omoregie is sought by Belgian authorities for allegedly leading a criminal organization involved in the sexual exploitation of minors for prostitution.

Jessica Edosomwan is wanted by France for trafficking multiple human victims and related financial crimes.

Uche Egbue, Jude Uzoma, Chinedu Ezeunara, and Benedict Okoro are sought by Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and Nicaragua, respectively, for alleged drug trafficking and organized crime.

Additionally, INTERPOL’s notices indicate that Ikechukwu Obidiozor, Alachi Stanley, and Akachi Vitus are wanted by Angola for alleged kidnapping, robbery, and illegal firearm possession.

Mary Eze is sought by Denmark for human trafficking, while Bouhari Salif is wanted in China for alleged drug smuggling.

Timloh Nkem faces allegations of s*xual assault and failure to comply with legal conditions in Canada.

Austine Costa and Okromi Festus are both wanted by Indian authorities for charges related to criminal conspiracy, forgery, and cheating.

INTERPOL clarified that Red Notices are not international arrest warrants but are used to alert law enforcement globally and seek assistance in locating individuals for extradition or similar legal actions.
