The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, warned Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, not to drag the Biafra group into his feud with his predecessor, Senator Rochas Okorocha, on Sunday, saying it has no business with either of them.
The Biafra agitating group dismissed Senator Uzodinma’s s alleged claim that his predecessor, Senator Okorocha, gave N500 million to IPoB as ridiculous, describing the two APC chieftains as traitors to the cause that IPOB is fighting.
In a statement titled” Leave IPoB out of your war, ” IPOB’ s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, stated categorically that the pro- Biafra group never received any financial payment, donation, or gift from Okorocha or any politician like him, claiming that it does not deal or have anything to do with traitors and that neither Senator Uzodinma nor Senator Okorocha can fund IPOB.
” The attention of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has been attracted to the absurd claims by the Supreme Court imposed Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, that former Governor of the state and fellow traitor, Rochas Okorocha, gave N500 million to IPOB, ” according to the statement.

” As a result, we would like to state unequivocally that we have never received any financial payment, donation, or gift from Okorocha or any other anti- IPOB Efulefu politician. We have nothing to do with Okorocha and Uzodinma, who are both traitors.
” The truth is that both Okorocha and Uzodinma will be unable to finance IPOB. They don’t have the financial clout to fund the world’s largest mass movement, to be honest.
” We do need any politician’s ill-gotten, stolen, or blood-stained money to prosecute the cause that IPoB is fighting, and we shouldn’t be drawn into their battle over who controls Imo State, which they have destroyed. They should focus on their struggle and keep IPOB out of it. None of them are worthy of our time and attention.
” They collaborated with Fulani oppressors and other Biafran and IPOB foes to assassinate our people, imprisoning and torturing our youths, mothers, fathers, and other agitators to appease their slave masters.
” We want to remind them and other politicians that they may be forgiven for sabotaging IPOB and the Eastern Security Network, ESN, but Rochas Okorocha and Hope Uzodinma, as well as Rivers State’s wannabe Hitler, Mr. Nyesom Wike, will never be forgiven. They will have to pay for their transgressions sooner or later. ”
Imo State governor, Hope Uzodinma had accused the former governor of Imo, Rochas Okorocha of having a link with IPOB and ESN.
Governor Hope believes the two groups which are under the same umbrella are being funded by the past governor, Okorocha.
