Israeli Airstrikes in Gaza Claim 11 Palestinian Lives
Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip have resulted in the deaths of at least 11 Palestinians, according to health officials in the area.
The strikes targeted multiple regions, including northern, central, and southern Gaza.
Among the tragic incidents was a strike on a school in Beit Lahiya, which had been serving as a shelter for displaced Palestinians.
The attack claimed the lives of four individuals and left several others wounded, as confirmed by local medics.
The Israeli military stated that their target was Hamas militants using a command center embedded within the compound of the former Um Al-Fahm School.
Israel accused Hamas of using civilian locations for military activities, a charge Hamas continues to deny.
In another incident, three people lost their lives in a strike on a home in Gaza City.
Additional strikes in the central and southern areas of Nuseirat and Khan Younis killed four more people, bringing the total to 11.
Israeli forces also expanded operations into Rafah, near the Egyptian border, and Zeitoun, a suburb of Gaza City.
