Ekohotblog reports that the Islamic State’s West Africa Province (ISWAP) has reportedly ordered military uniforms from Libya.
One of the commanders is reported to have discussed the purchase ahead of the December strikes.
According to Eons Intelligence, uniforms were obtained by one Ibrahim Maidogon Kwana in Kusri, Cameroon.
Kwana and his gang plan to transport the items into Nigerian territory in boats via border communities.
Gamboru-Ngala and Ruwa Misa in the south of Lake Chad axis are two routes already identified.
