Iyabo Ojo Advocates For Peter Obi, Expresses Confidence In His Agenda

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has clapped back at a troll who insulted her for supporting Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State and the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate.

The 45-year-old actress was called a prostitute by Wale Akerele, a Twitter user, after she endorsed Obi publicly instead of Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Iyabo Ojo responded to the insult in a post on Instagram on Thursday, with a screenshot of the tweet attached. She called the Twitter user an “animal, place, or thing” and claimed that he was a product of prostitution, just like his mother, wife, and side chicks.

The actress also addressed the issue of celebrities being bullied on social media by people who don’t understand the relationships politicians have with one another. She noted that many of these politicians are friends and would be surprised at how they interact behind closed doors.

In her post, Iyabo Ojo reiterated her support for Peter Obi and his agenda for Nigeria. She stated that her dreams and visions align with his objectives and that she would stand by her choice regardless of whether he wins the presidential election or not.

The mother of two also made it clear that she does not belong to any political party but chose to support Obi.

“I Alice Iyabo Ojo strongly believe in Peter Obi & I stand Obedient in my choice whether he wins or not because my vision & dreams for my country aligns with the Obedient agenda,” she wrote. “I do not belong to any political party, I also choose not to campaign for any political party, but I stand obedient for presidency… so help us God.”

Iyabo Ojo is one of the most popular actresses in the Nigerian movie industry, with numerous accolades to her name.
