Jigawa Gov Breaks Silence on Loss of Mother, Son Just After Daughter’s Wedding

On Sunday, Gombe State Governor and Chairman of the Northern States Governors’ Forum, Muhammadu Yahaya, visited Kafin Hausa in Jigawa to offer condolences to Namadi. Yahaya had attended the wedding of Namadi’s daughter, Fatiha, a week prior to the tragic events.

In his remarks, Governor Namadi thanked Yahaya for his support during both joyous and difficult times. “Your Excellency, just a week ago, you were in Jigawa to attend my daughter’s wedding, and now you are here to sympathize with us over the tragic loss of our mother and son. This reflects your deep care for us and your exceptional leadership,” Namadi said.
Governor Yahaya, offering his condolences, encouraged Namadi to find solace in God’s will. “What Allah takes belongs to Him, and what He gives is also His.
