We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Personnel

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Generate Sales lead that would develop into new customers
  • Identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales target and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

 

Job Requirement

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years work experience.
