Job Description

Manage sales team to achieve company goals and objectives
Recruiting, training and guiding staff to meet sales objectives
Setting and monitoring sales objectives
Drive and grow revenue from sales
Overseeing the sales team’s progress in meeting set goals
Develop business improvement initiatives based on current market realities and competition
Providing strategies for increasing sales, feedbacks and developing marketing campaigns
Identifying performance improvement areas and providing recommendations
Communicate sales performance level to team members and team’s expectations from management
Facilitate career development of the team and develop appropriate incentives for excellence
Build and maintain strong customer relationship to promote customer retention
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3 – 7 years.
