Nigerian music stars, Davido and Wizkid have reacted to the ongoing Nationwide June 12 protest amidst Nigeria Democracy day celebrations, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
This protest came days after the President of Nigeria banned the Microblogging site, Twitter, and the House of Representatives’ proposal to change the country’s name to UAR.

Following other policies the FG (Federal Government) have implemented with no intention of addressing the insurgency in the East or the Incessant Kidnappings, Nigerians took to the streets on Democracy day to protest against bad governance and the infringement of their human rights by The Federal Government.
Reacting to the Protest, Davido shared the Nigerian Flag and prayer hands emoji on Twitter, which signifies ‘Pray For Nigeria or Say A Prayer For Nigeria’.
Wizkid on the other hand shared the picture of the Minister of Information and Culture of Nigeria, Lai Mohammed as his mood.
