EKO HOT BLOG reports that Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party, referred to Governor Nyesom Wike as the party’s Jagaban on Friday.
Atiku emphasized that Wike is a man of revolution and that he holds Wike in the highest regard.
Segun Sowunmi, the campaign spokesperson for him, made the announcement on Arise Television.
He emphasized that the governor of Rivers State is honest and tells it like it is.
“Wike is our own Jagaban; how do you explain a governor being able to keep other governors in line? One thing you can’t deny him is that he has the ability to say it as it is. He will not bend or colour things.
“Atiku holds Wike in high esteem, time and space may not bring them together, but he does. Wike is a man of revolution; he is one of the totems of PDP,” he said.
