Nnamdi Kanu’s legal team had challenged his detention and sought bail but the court adjourned the matter till November 10.
The IPOB leader was then whisked out of the court in a convoy of white Hilux vans amid heavy security.
Recall that the pro-Biafra agitator was said to have been re-arrested in Kenya after he jumped bail in 2017 over alleged threat to his life by Nigerian security agencies.
