Just In: Explosion Looms As Lagosians Prepare To Scoop Fuel From Fallen Tanker

There is likely to be an explosion as a tanker laden with petrol reportedly fell off on Otedola brigde and some commuters have stormed the scene to scoop fuel.

Humans will always go the extra mile for survival. This explains why some people would put their lives at great risk to get whatever they could from any venture.

“For pete’ sake, this is not poverty! Everybody knows the likelihood of an explosion yet they’re still endangering their lives. If an accident happens, cries of “govt abandoned us” will be loud. If I were in govt, I’d arrest the survivors”, A Twitter user lamented.

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency is yet to respond to the scene to avert explosion as at the time of filing this report.
