JUST IN: Fani Kayode Opens Up On Being Betrayed By APC After EFCC’s Arrest

  • Fani Kayode has opened up on being betrayed by APC after EFCC’s arrest.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has opened up on being betrayed by All Progressives Congress, APC, after the anti-graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, allegedly arrested him.

Fani-Kayode had few months ago dumped the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party, and made what appeared a shocking move to the APC, a Party he had criticised in all its existence.

Fani-Kayode was one of the public figures who took it upon themselves to criticise every move of the President Muhammadu Buhari administration and the APC.

After he decamped to the ruling party, the EFCC, allegedly arrested him and it came with a heavy mock by Nigerians with some people, calling him a betrayer.

Many Nigerians attacked the former minister, predicting that he would end up regretting ever joining the APC but in a tweet on Saturday night, Fani-Kayode maintained that his decision was ordained by God.

“I am proud to be a member of the APC. I have NO regrets. I NEVER said that APC has betrayed me,” he wrote.

“I am proud & honored to be in the party. What God has ordained cannot be stopped. I shall be what God wants me to be. My destiny is irreversible and I am unstoppable,” he wrote.
