EKO HOT BLOG reports that gunmen have attacked communities in Zango Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
It was gathered that no fewer than five people were killed across some communities in Atyap Chiefdom during the attack which occurred on Saturday.
The Kaduna State Commissioner for Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, who confirmed the killings by the gunmen via a statement, disclosed that some of the areas the attacks took place include Kurmin Masara, Madauchi Forest, Jankasa General Area, and Ungwan Rana.
EKO HOT BLOG further gathered that the unknown gunmen killed a six-year-old boy identified as Salisu Danjuma during an attack on Zango Urban.

It was learnt that the assailants razed six houses and three vehicles.
An eyewitness, who spoke on condition of anonymity, disclosed that the gunmen started shooting sporadically and setting houses on fire immediately they got into the community.
Meanwhile, the Kaduna State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Muhammed Jalige, could not be reached for comment on the incident as of the time of filing this report.
