Seven of the victims of Lekki massacre appeared at the Lagos State Judicial Panel on police brutality and other human rights abuses by the operatives of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad.
Their lawyer, Mr Adeyinka Olumide-Fusika SAN told the panel that he has a petition from them against the Nigerian Army.
Olumide-Fusika sought directions from Justice Doris Okuwobi (Rtd)-led a panel on how to proceed with the petition.
The panel, which rose briefly, has just returned to continue to the hearing.
