- Many people have been feared dead following an alleged attack by soldiers on the staff of Dangote Company.
No fewer than seven persons have been feared dead as soldiers reportedly opened fire on the protesting staff of Dangote Sugar Company, in Gyawana, Adamawa State, EKO HOT BLOG has gathered.
Gyawana is about 70 kilometers from Yola, the Adamawa State capital.
It was gathered that the soldiers, who were hired by the management of the Dangote Sugar Company to chase the protesting staff away, opened fire on the protesters on Thursday evening.

According to SaharaReporters, the soldiers were said to have stormed the company in four Toyota Hilux vans after they allegedly left their duty post at Numan bridge.
The Dangote Sugar Company is owned by Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote.
