JUST IN: NAF Bombs Top ISWAP Commander, 18 Other Insurgents In Massive Air Raid
A top ISWAP commander and 18 other terrorists have been neutralised by the Nigerian Air Force.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) on Wednesday neutralised no fewer than 20 insurgents and commanders of the Islamic State’s West Africa Province (ISWAP), including Mallam Mu’azu.
Mallam Mu’azu is alleged to be in charge of the terrorist-established market in Sambisa forest, Borno State.

Amid the aerial bombardment of the forest, report suggests that numerous terrorists fled to the troop’s Operational base in Bama, Borno state to surrender.

Since last year, ISWAP has mostly taken over from Boko Haram after its leader Abubakar Shekau died during interfactional clashes.
