Nordic countries continue to rank high in happiness, with Finland maintaining its top position, followed by Denmark, Iceland, and Sweden.
In contrast, the US has experienced a decline in well-being, and now ranks 24th, a significant drop from its highest ranking of 11th in 2012.

The United States is not the only nation experiencing a decline in happiness levels.

Similarly, Canada, though still within the top 20, has seen a downward trend in happiness over the last decade, now ranking 18th.
The decline in happiness is even more pronounced in some countries, as evidenced by the rankings of Afghanistan (No. 147), Sierra Leone (No. 146), Lebanon (No. 145), Malawi (No. 144), and Zimbabwe (No. 143) at the bottom of the list.
