Nigeria has recorded new Coronavirus cases with the NCDC announcing 452 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
Ekohotblog reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 452 new Coronavirus cases in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Tuesday evening, June 23.
This online news platform understands that the NCDC noted that of the 452 COVID-19 cases recorded on Tuesday evening, 209 were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, Oyo-67 Delta-37 Ogun-36 FCT-22 Abia-20 Enugu-16 Bauchi-15 Kaduna-8 Ondo-8 Osun-7 Imo-3 Benue-3 Borno-1, northern Nigeria
The NCDC tweeted: “452 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria; Lagos-209 Oyo-67 Delta-37 Ogun-36 FCT-22 Abia-20 Enugu-16 Bauchi-15 Kaduna-8 Ondo-8 Osun-7 Imo-3 Benue-3 Borno-1 21,371 confirmed 7,338 discharged 533 deaths,” the tweet added.
Meanwhile, Ekohotblog Nigeria reports that the development means that Nigeria’s total confirmed cases of coronavirus have risen to twenty-one thousand and three hundred and seventy-one (21,371) with seven thousand, three hundred and thirty-eight (7,338) people discharged and five hundred and thirty-three (533) deaths recorded so far.
