EKOHOTBLOG reports that the troops of the Nigerian Army have arrested a suspected Boko Haram fertilizer supplier in Yobe State.
It was gathered that the Boko Haram supplier identified as Yusuf Saleh was arrested by the troops of Sector 2 Joint Task Force under Operation HADIN KAI at Bayamari village in Geidam Local Government Area of Yobe State.
According to Nigerian Army Spokesman, Brigadier General Onyema Nwachukwu, the troops went after him following credible intelligence.
Nwachukwu noted that thirty-eight 50kg bags of urea were recovered from Saleh, who is being interrogated by investigators.

EKOHOTBLOG reports that the Federal Government (FG) had banned urea as terrorists use it to make Improvised Explosive Devices (IED).
The Nigerian Army Spokesman, however, commended the troops for their vigilance and swift response in arresting the suspect.
Nwachukwu further assured Nigerians of the Army’s determination to totally root out the Boko Haram/Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists from their hideouts.
