Just In: Petrol Stations Embark On Strike In Port Harcourt

Due to the seizure of their vehicles and the arrest of some tanker drivers,  petrol  stations in Port Harcourt , the Rivers State capital, have embarked on a strike.

Since midnight on Tuesday,  majority of the filling stations were said to have stopped selling fuel to motorists and other consumers after another tanker was said to have been seized by the State Task Force on illegal parking .

Amongst the filling station which have stopped dispensing fuel are:  Tonnino Filling Station , Jet and Royal Dynasty on Ada George Road Eterna filling station at Peter Odili Road.
