A traditional ruler in Osun State, Olufon of Ifon-Orolu, Oba Almaroof Adekunle Magbagbeola Olumoyero, has joined his ancestors.
A source close to the palace revealed that the monarch died on Tuesday after a brief illness.
EKO HOT BLOG further learnt that the Osun monarch gave up the ghost at a private hospital in the state.
However, the cause of his death could not be ascertained as of the time of writing this report as no official announcement has been made by the palace.
Also, the National Publicity Secretary of Ifon-Orolu Progressive Union, Prince Jide Akinyooye, when contacted kept mum on the development, saying, “wait for official communication from the governor”.
