EKO HOT BLOG reports that the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, who recently returned from a month-long vacation in France, has met with Godswill Akpabio and others in Abuja.
Others who visited the former Lagos state governor include the governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele and Senator Barau Jubrin.
The meeting took place just a day after Tinubu’s arrival in the country.
It is believed that the discussion centered on the upcoming Senate leadership election, which is expected to be keenly contested.
