Primeboy Surrenders To Police After ‘Wanted’ Declaration Over MohBad’s Death

Eko Hot Blog reports that Owodunni Ibrahim Oluwatosin aka Primeboy has surrendered to the Lagos State Police Command in connection with the death of late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba aka MohBad.

The command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, made the disclosure in a terse statement on Thursday.

Primeboy had been declared wanted on Wednesday after he failed to honour the police invitation to answer questions on his potential involvement in MohBad’s death.

However, on Thursday morning, he turned himself in to the police.

Hundeyin, who reiterated that the police is fully committed to “a most diligent investigation” into the singer’s mysterious demise, said Primeboy has been taken into custody for interrogation.

‘Following his being declared wanted, Owodunni Ibrahim Oluwatosin aka Primeboy has turned himself in,” the statement reads.

“He has, immediately, been taken into custody for interrogation and other necessary actions.

“The Lagos State Police Command once again assures family, friends, fans of Mohbad and the general public that no stone will be left unturned in ensuring a most diligent investigation.

“The Command equally assures that all persons found culpable in the death of Mr Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad will definitely be brought to justice.”
