EKO HOT BLOG reports that Sheikh Ibrahim Isa, a renowned Islamic leader and the Deputy Chief Imam of Sultan Bello Mosque, Kaduna State, is dead.
It was gathered that Sheikh Isa passed away on Wednesday morning at Garkuwa hospital, Kaduna. He was aged 62.
According to a statement by the mosque’s committee, the funeral of the late Islamic cleric will take place at 2 PM on Wednesday at the mosque premises.
“With total submission to the will of Allah, we announce the death of our deputy imam, Malam Ibrahim Isa who died today, (Wednesday) morning at Garkuwa hospital.
“His funeral prayer will take place at the mosque premises after the Zuhur, (midday) prayer.
“May Allah have mercy on his soul and admit him into Janatul Firdaus,” the statement reads.
