Scores Flee Homes As Gunmen Take Over Niger Community

Residents of Kafinkoro town have reportedly fled their homes after gunmen take over the community in Niger state.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that gunmen suspected to be bandits have reportedly taken over a village near Kafinkoro town in Paikoro Local Government Area of Niger State.

The communities in this local government have been identified to be spots of these bandits as they have consistently attacked the residents and commuters plying the roads.

According to a report by Eons Intelligence on Wednesday night, the affected people are scampering for safety within the community.

The security agency known for giving updates on dangers and evil acts perpetrated by gunmen, otherwise known as bandits gave the intelligence in a series of tweets.

“BREAKING: Bandits are currently attacking a village near Kafinkoro town in Paikoro LGA, Niger State.
