Two of the suspects allegedly involved in the murder of Associate Professor Karl Kwaghger in Makurdi at the weekend have been arrested in Karu, Nasarawa.
The suspects were said to have been arrested at a car stand while attempting to sell the victim’s car .
Kwaghger was stabbed to death in Makurdi on Saturday night by men who made away with his Avenza vehicle and phones.
The Nation gathered the suspects were being conveyed to Makurdi at press time for further investigations.
It was also gathered that the deceased, apart from his lecturing job at University of Agriculture (UAM) Mechanical Engineering Department, was into car sales and had a car stand opposite BARNADA office .
He was said to be into money lending and his brutal killing led credence to rumours that one his customers might have borrowed money for business and could not pay back .
