JUST IN: Two Escape Death As Bus Catches Fire In Anambra

Two persons on Monday narrowly escaped death when a bus carrying them suddenly went up in flames in Igboukwu, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra.

The bus loaded with diesel reportedly crashed and spilled its contents before it was further gutted by fire.

It was gathered that the occupants, the driver and his conductor, quickly jumped out of the vehicle before it was razed.

The Ag. Public Education Officer, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Kamal Musa confirmed the incident, saying no life was lost.

He said: “A ford bus laden with diesel in containers crashed and caught fire at Igboukwu. No life was lost.”
