- Unknown gunmen have attacked Abuja community and abducted residents.
EKOHOTBLOG reports that unknown gunmen have attacked a Fulani settlement in the Dogon-Ruwa community in the Kwali Area Council of Abuja, kidnapped four herdsmen, and injured several others.
It was gathered that the incident occurred early hours of Sunday.
The unknown gunmen were said to have invaded the area with AK-47 rifles, shot sporadically before whisking the Fulani herdsmen to an unknown destination.
The Ardo of Fulani of Gwomani chiefdom, Malam Haruna Gambo, confirmed the incident to EKOHOTBLOG, noting that one of the victims was abandoned on the roadside after the assailants discovered he was seriously injured.

Meanwhile, the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Maryam Yusuf, when contacted, said she was yet to receive the report.
“Please, no incident of that sort was reported as at 1500hrs today,” the police spokesperson said.
