Paul Pogba will depart Juventus on 30 November after mutually agreeing to terminate his contract.
The 31-year-old midfielder was initially handed a four-year ban in February following a doping violation. However, in October, this sentence was reduced to 18 months, beginning from his provisional ban in September 2023.
According to sources close to Pogba, he is allowed to resume training in January and will be eligible to play again in March.

As a result, Pogba will be free to sign with a new club during the January transfer window.
“The club wishes Paul the very best for his professional future,” said Juventus.
Pogba said: “It has been a privilege to pull on the shirt of the Bianconeri and to share so many special moments together.
“I cherish the memories we made. They live on.
“Even in the most difficult moments over the past year, your support was crucial and I want to thank Juve fans around the world for their compassion.
“I am looking forward to the next chapter of my career and to stepping out on the pitch with my next club.”
Before his ban, Paul Pogba was earning £6.9 million annually at Juventus on a contract that was set to run until June 2026. However, following the suspension, it is believed that the club reduced his salary to around £2,000 per month as part of a collective agreement between the clubs and the players’ union.
Pogba has struggled for playing time in recent years, featuring for only 162 minutes in five appearances during the 2022-23 season. Last season, he played just 51 minutes as a substitute before his suspension took effect.
With the reduction of his ban and his imminent exit from Juventus, Pogba now has the opportunity to relaunch his career in 2024.
Pogba began his professional career at Manchester United before moving to Juventus, where he enjoyed significant success, winning Serie A in each of his first four seasons, including two league-and-cup Doubles.
He returned to Manchester United in 2016 for a then-world-record £89 million fee, and in his first season back, he helped the club win both the Europa League and FA Cup.
