Kagara: How Bandits Killed Student, Abducted 42 – Principal

  • The news of the Students of Kagara kidnapped by the Bandits saddens the heart of Nigerians.

 

  • The Students and Teachers of Secondary School in Kagara, headquarters of Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State, were said to have been attacked by unknown Gunmen at about 2am on 17th February.
  • A student of the school sadly lost his life after he was shot by the Bandits for attempting to escape.

The principal of the school in Kagara, Mr Aliyu reveals how the attack on the school happened while addressing the press in Niger State.

He said the bandits came into the school in force and showed up at his office to take them to the school hotel. On getting there, he instructed the student not to run that they were soldiers.

Aliyu claims they were dressed in Army camouflage while one was in black dress. They started shooting sporadically which got the student scared and some of the students managed to run into the bush and forests in Kagara.

However, the bandits chased after the student who tried to escaped but in the process, one of the student whose name is Benjamin Doma was hit by the bullet and died instantly.

He also revealed that some of the Bandits dressed in school uniforms and the security personnel failed to respond to the issue on time,  EKO HOT BLOG gathered
