Kano Extends Stay-At-Home By Two Weeks, Lagos Next
Kano state government has directed civil servants to continue the stay at home order for another two weeks beginning from Tuesday, April 7, 2020.
This is coming after the initial stay at home order expires Monday.

The extension order is a measure to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Ganduje, however, commended the civil servants across the state for their unflinching support on the stay at home order.
In the same vein, the Lagos State Governor Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has hinted possible lockdown depending on the situation of things.
““If there’s a need to extend the lockdown, I will. We got one discharged patient today (recovered from the coronavirus). We are going to sit down with the committee that is working on the community markets and see if we can announce more next week.”
Ekohotblog report that as at the time of filing this report, Nigeria’s total confirmed cases of coronavirus has risen to two hundred and thirty-two (232) with thirty-three (33) people discharged and five (5 ) deaths recorded.
