Rap legend Kanye West has admitted that he was a “functioning alcoholic” and often drank vodka in the morning, brought on by being snubbed at music awards
Musician Kanye West has bared all in his most candid interview to date admitting he was once an alcoholic and drank expensive vodka for breakfast.
Kim Kardashian-West’s husband claimed his alcoholism was partially brought on by being snubbed from certain music award ceremonies which saw him walk the red carpet with drinks in hand.

The Yeezus star, 42, revealed that he almost gave up rapping, adding that he “rapped for the devil”.
Speaking to GQ about his battle, he added that he frequently drink vodka in the morning and had a bottle of Grey Goose in his office fridge.
