Kanye West’s Lawyer Seeks To Establish Formal Custody Arrangement

Kanye West’s lawyer is reportedly attempting to formalize the rapper’s relationship with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
Kim has agreed to let Kanye visit their children whenever the Stronger rapper is in town and wants to, as long as their children are not too busy. North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2, are the exes’ four children.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Kanye West’s lawyer is reportedly attempting to formalize the rapper’s relationship with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

West, 44, and Kim, 41, currently do not have an official custody arrangement, which has caused a squabble between the estranged partners.

Kim has agreed to let Kanye visit their children whenever the Stronger rapper is in town and wants to, as long as their children are not too busy. North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two, are the exes’ four children.

However, due to Kanye’s frequent travels outside of Los Angeles, establishing a formal custody arrangement with him can be difficult.

The prospect of reaching an out-of-court settlement appears unlikely, given Kanye’s anger over Kim’s new relationship with Pete Davidson and custody issues.

According to sources, the exes barely speak to one another and haven’t communicated in a long time, making it difficult for them to reach an agreement.

After six years of marriage, Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February. She had requested joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s four children, North (age 8), Saint (age 6), Chicago (age 3), and Psalm (age 2).

Recall that Kim Kardashian has recently revealed that ex-husband Kanye West told her that her ‘career is over’.

In the new trailer for Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” the Skims founder shares a displeasing comment Kanye told made to her, while revealing it’s hard to cope with the rapper.

“It is really hard with Kanye,” Kim narrates, before the trailer cuts to a scene where she tells Kourtney Kardashian, “He told me my career is over.”

Kim, 41, previously told Variety that West, 44, filmed scenes for the family’s new reality series before their relationship went bad.

It’s also unclear how much of their divorce will play out on the new show, as the KKW Beauty founder claims she has been trying to keep their dirty laundry away from the screens.
