Kogi Elections: INEC Begins Sorting Of Votes Commences In Lokoja

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has begun sorting and tallying votes in Lokoja, Kogi state capital.

INEC is carrying out the exercise at the Federal Medical Center junction polling unit in Lokoja Local Government Area.

This online media platform gathered that the exercise commenced at about 3 p.m. as voters waited patiently outside the collation center.

Observers have noted that the entire election process was peaceful but the voters’ turnout was relatively low.
