Eko Hot Blog reports that Otunba TJ Abass, a former President of Eko Club International (ECI), a foremost group for Lagosians in the diaspora and Mr. Kunle Masha, a former Vice President of ECI, have paid glowing tributes to Prince Moshood Eshilokun Masha.
Mr. Kunle and the deceased are members of the Eshilokun clan of Lagos which includes Senator Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun of Lagos Central.
Prince Masha passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024, and buried on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Ikoyi Muslim Cemetery.
Prayers at Ebony Vaults Hall, 3 James George, Off Alagbon Close, Ikoyi, followed immediately after internment.
In his tribute, Mr. Kunle Masha described his brother’s death as painful and shocking.
“Prince Masha was a wonderful, selfless, and awesome man who was good to everybody. He was a family man to the core,” he said.
“The Eshilokun clan has no doubt lost one of its most reliable leaders. He will surely be missed and may God grant him Aljourna fridaus and console his wife and children.”
Likewise, Otunba Abass, who is also the Publisher of Eko Hot Blog, remembered the deceased as a kind man who radiates peace all around him.
“Prince Masha’s kindness and peaceful nature are worthy of emulation and will be missed by everyone of us who knew him,” he said.
Earlier, Senator Eshilokun remembered his brother as a pillar in the Eshilokun clan.
The lawmaker further described the deceased as a good brother, husband, father, Uncle and a responsibly peaceful family member.
