Lagos APC organising Secretary resigns to seek electoral office

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Mr Ayo Joseph, the Lagos State Chapter Organising Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, has resigned as one of the political appointees seeking electoral office.
The Lagos State Head of Service, Hakeem Muri-Okunolam had informed all political appointees and public servants who wish to engage in political activities to tender their resignation, on Friday.
Only one political appointee has resigned as of Friday afternoon, according to a source who claimed anonymity

He also mentioned that some other appointees who are currently serving in various roles are expected to resign, following the Lagos APC Organising Secretary.
“So far, only one political appointee has tendered his resignation and that was last week. He is the Organising Secretary APC, Lagos State chapter, Ayo Joseph, who declared his interest to represent Amuwo-Odofin in the House of Representatives.
