Lagos Civil Service Commission Set To Host Second Annual Summit

Eko Hot Blog reports that the Lagos State Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced its plans to hold the second edition of its annual Summit from Thursday, February 8, to Saturday, February 10, 2024.

This event aims to foster uniformity and best practices in the career management of officers within the Lagos State Public Service.

Themed “Statutory Commissions/Boards as Catalysts in Repositioning the Public Service,” the Summit underscores the Commission’s commitment to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the state’s public sector.

It also seeks to promote standardization of processes and procedures in the application of Establishment Guidelines within the State Public Service.

The summit will feature various sessions and discussions aimed at addressing key issues and challenges facing the public service sector in Lagos.

It will provide a platform for stakeholders to deliberate on strategies for optimizing the performance and productivity of civil servants.
