Lagos Donates Food Items, Sanitizers To Prisons/Custodial Centres

The Lagos State Government has donated food items, food items, sanitizers and disinfectants to Custodial Centres/prisons of the Nigerian Correctional Service in Ikoyi, Badagry and Kirikiri.

This was disclosed by the Gawat Jubril, Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on New Media.

Lagos state has been donating relief materials to residents of the state as a way of cushioning the effect of the lockdown on the people.

As at the time of filing this report, Lagos has a total of 590 confirmed cases of coronavirus, 455 active cases, 107 discharged patients, two evacuated cases, 8 transfered cases and 18 deaths.
