Recall that Ekohotblog reported in February that the healthcare edifice was to be commissioned by April after an inspection tour was carried out by delegates from the Lagos State Ministry of Health led by the Permanent Secretary, Dr Olusegun Ogboye. However, Ekohotblog has it on good authority that the facility has been put into use by the management of the hospital for test-running.
