Lagos Govt Reacts As Helicopter Crashes Into Residential Building

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) has confirmed the helicopter crash in Opebi, Ikeja Lagos State.

Ekohotblog had reported that two persons were feared dead after a helicopter crashed into a building on Friday.

The crash reportedly happened around 12:17 pm.

Confirming the incident, LASEMA on its Twitter page said it had activated its resources and rescue operation was ongoing.

“The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA has activated its resources to the helicopter crash at 16A Salvation Opebi Road, today, Friday, 28th August, 2020.

”Operations ongoing.”
