The statement read, “Lagos traders should desist from displaying their wares for sale on walkways, lay-bys, setbacks, road medians, verges, and curbs because street trading and hawking remain banned in Lagos State.”

The move is aimed at ensuring an orderly and serene environment in the state, free from obstructions and illegal commercial activities on public spaces meant for pedestrians and vehicular movement.
