Lagos: One Killed, Others Injured As BRT Bus, Commercial Bus Collide At Ifako

There were various accidents in parts of the Ogudu area of Lagos on Wednesday morning.

Around 6:50am on Wednesday, LASTMA reported a multiple accident at Ogudu, inwards Ifako carwash, involving three vehicles.

A BRT bus also caught fire on Ifako Bridge inward Ogudu on Wednesday morning but there were no fatalities.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the situation at Ifako, inwards Ogudu Bridge, was however, different as one person was killed after a BRT bus and a commercial bus collided.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) made the disclosure in an update Wednesday morning.

The agency said that others involved in the accident were injured.

LASTMA also disclosed that the Lagos State Ambulance Service (LASAMBUS) and Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) had been called to the accident scene.

“An accident at Ifako inwards Ogudu Bridge involving a BRT Bus and a commercial Bus. One Casualty on ground with others injured,” the traffic management agency tweeted.
