Mother Of Lagos Police Commissioner, Odumosu, Dies

• The mother of Lagos police commissioner, Odumosu, is dead.

EKOHOTBLOG reports that Alhaja Sikirat Odumosu, the mother of the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, has been pronounced dead.

It was gathered that the mother of the police commissioner died after a brief illness on Thursday at the age of 88.

EKOHOTBLOG further learnt that the mother of the Lagos police boss died at Babcock University Teaching Hospital in Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State.

As gathered by EKOHOTBLOG, the demise of Alhaja Sikirat Odumosu was confirmed by the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Adekunle Ajisebutu.

The police spokesperson disclosed that the deceased would be buried on Friday in accordance with Islamic rites.

“Mother of Lagos CP died in Babcock University, Ilishan Remo. She will be buried in Ijebu-Ode on Friday (today).

“The late Alhaja Sikirat Odumosu was aged 88,” Ajisebutu said.
