The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has announced that 33 ships carrying petroleum products, food items and other cargoes are expected to arrive at Apapa Port, Lekki Deep Sea Port and Tin Can Island Port in Lagos between July 8 and July 20, Eko Hot Blog reports.
According to the NPA’s latest Daily Shipping Position, 10 of the expected vessels will berth with containers containing various goods, while the remaining ships will deliver bulk urea, petrol, crude oil, aviation fuel, diesel, fresh fish, bulk wheat and other general cargo.

The authority also disclosed that nine vessels are currently waiting to berth at the three ports with consignments including petrol, diesel, crude oil, bulk wheat, fresh fish, containers and general cargo.
In addition, the NPA said 25 ships are already discharging cargoes at Apapa Port, Lekki Deep Sea Port and Tin Can Island Port.
The cargoes being discharged include bulk wheat, general cargo, containers, petrol, diesel, crude oil, aviation fuel, millet and bulk sugar.
