Lagos Printing Corporation Adopts New Marketing Strategy

In a continuous bid to rebrand and reposition the Lagos State Printing Corporation, improve staff capacity building and welfare, the General Manager, Mr. Kola Peregrino has mandated the workforce, irrespective of cadre to see themselves as marketers by establishing rapport and cordial relationships with customers to achieve effective service delivery.

The General Manager, who spoke on the new marketing strategy at a crucial meeting with members of staff, said his vision is to broaden the marketing space of the Corporation by motivating members of staff and creating an avenue to compete favorably in the print sector.

Speaking on the recent rehabilitation of the Corporation’s Press Hall, Peregrino reiterated the importance of the press hall, being a revenue-generating facility of the Corporation noting that the renovation was undertaken to meet customers’ needs, ensure free movement of finished jobs, create space for machines and equipment as well as build a conducive environment for production workers.

He gave an assurance that staff would, henceforth, be recognized for extraordinary on-the-job performance.

While stressing that feedback from customers must be given priority, especially on sales and delivery, the General Manager emphasized that meeting-up the delivery date of orders is very important in earning customers’ trust and subsequent patronage.
