Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando Begins Sale Of Post-UTME Forms

LASCON has released registration forms for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Programme for the year 2022/2023 academic session.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando, has commenced the online sales of the Post UTME registration forms for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Programme for the year 2022/2023 academic session.

A statement signed by the Provost of the College, Mrs. Oyefunso Orenuga, said the Post-UTME is a prerequisite for admission into the College to undergo a Five-Year National Diploma programme for Registered Nurses (RN) and a non-terminal Higher National Diploma for Registered Midwifery/Public Health Nurses (RM/PHN).

She stated that qualified candidates, who must have scored 200 and above in the just concluded JAMB and chosen the College, are eligible to apply. Candidates must also possess a minimum of credits in five subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry at not more than two sittings.

The Provost enjoined interested candidates to apply via: https://lascon.lagosstate.gov.ng and complete the registration form using their e-mail address with a password for the application, adding that applicants are also required to make payment of N2,000 only through the online banking portal.

While noting that after payment, the applicant’s status will be updated on the portal in order to complete the admission form, Orenuga advised potential students to print out the Photocard for the entrance examination as no candidate will be allowed into the CBT Centre without a valid colour Photocard identity.

The Provost informed that registration for the post-UTME form would close on Friday 2nd September 2022, while the Post-UTME Examination comes up on the 10th of September 2022, at the CBT Centre, LASU Ojo Campus, by 9:00 am.
