Lagos State Govt Assures The Creative And Entertainment Industry Of Its Support

– The Lagos State Government has promised to support the Creative and Entertainment industry come back to life after been heat by COVID-19 pandemic.
– Gov Sanwo-Olu disclosed this during a virtual meeting with the Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria.
Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Wednesday 16 September, 2020 disclosed that the State Government would give the necessary assistance to the Creative and Entertainment industry for it to bounce back on its feet.
The governor who disclosed this on his verified Twitter handle after a virtual meeting with the Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria assured that the state government would provide the requisite assistance that would revive the Industry after been adversely hit by the coronavirus pandemic.

Gov Sanwo-Olu further maintained that the State was working assiduously with other stakeholders to put the necessary measures on ground to ensure that the sector reopens for business
He affirmed that the State Government was not unaware of the challenges confronted by Lagosians at this trying period and reiterated that the Government must balance work and life to ensure that the lives of Lagosians are yet preserved while they search for their daily bread.
