Lagos State Government has said it will actualise the objectives for the creation of Lagos State Residents’ Registration Agency (LASRRA) towards creating a database of residents for proper projection and planning by the government.
The assertion was made by the General Manager of LASRRA, Engr. (Mrs.) Ibilola Kasunmu, during a fact-finding meeting with all the Divisional Supervisors and Station Managers of Local Council Development Areas, held at the Agency’s premises in Ikeja.

Kasunmu disclosed that Governor Sanwo-Olu is poised to “walk his talk” on the allocation of resources and support for demographic planning in Lagos State, urging the staff to put all hands on deck towards achieving the mandate.
Reaffirming that LASRRA is Information Technology-driven, the General Manager noted that “The process of data capturing will be updated and upgraded. It is important for us all to embrace change and follow the pace, for the only thing that is constant in life is change. We should all be ready to accept and adjust to it so that we can, as a fortified team, achieve success”.
She, therefore, implored the Supervisors, Station Managers and Mobile Team to work hard for good results, adding that teamwork through cooperation and support for each other is essential, especially to help those lagging behind.
